Our son was diagnosed with learning disabilities when he was quite young.  He was also diagnosed with emotional disabilities during high school.  Since we were not able to find support through the public school system, we sought and found help through ABCs for Life Success, LLC.  They attended several meetings with school officials and persuaded them to offer the services our son required.  ABCs for Life Success, LLC is the reason the public school system finally took our son’s problems seriously.  There is no doubt in my mind about that.  Due to their expertise and diligence, our son was placed in an appropriate setting, where he was to finally grow both academically and emotionally.  Our son is doing quite well now.  He is in his final year of high school, needs no more support and has made the bronze-level honor roll!  He also holds down two part-times jobs and sees friends on a regular basis.  His growth was, and is, the result of having the extra support during a difficult time in his life.  Many thank to ABCs for Life Success and for caring!

Words cannot express what ABCs for Life Success, LLC has done for my son and me.  I was introduced to them in 1998.  My son was in elementary school and he had been through some very dramatic experience with the school administrators.  I was always in tears.  I was always at the school.  ABCs for Life Success, LLC understood what I was going through from the beginning and they held my hand through the entire process, always keeping the interest of my son first.  They made the schools, as well as me, aware of the rights of my child.  When the schools refused to acknowledge, they took the nest step/process and are constantly trying to find the right placement for my child.  My experience with ABCs for Life Success, LLC has always been positive and they have proved me with legal rights information as well as classroom techniques.  They are very knowledgeable and I thank God for them.  I have though about removing my son from the school and trying home school, but ABCs for Life Success, LLC has always been reassuring that within the public school system, they can get the right assistance for us.  When school administrators and public officials felt ADHD was not real, but that kids needed discipline, it was a very trying time for me and others.  We felt we were hitting brick walls, but thanks to student advocates, such as ABCs for Life Success, LLC, we have found hope.

When my son started experiencing trouble in school, I didn’t know what to do so I let the school take over my son’s case.  But in turn he wasn’t getting any better in school.  Two years went by because I didn’t’ really understand all the things that were going on in the meetings, so my son’s therapist referred me to ABCs for Life Success, LLC.  They came and heard my concern and went through my son’s records to determine what was going on and found out that he wasn’t receiving any of the services he was supposed to receive from the school.  ABCs for Life Success, LLC gave the school a certain amount of time to get my son’s services together and I haven’t had any problems since they have come into our life, and have made life much better.  I’m proud and honored to know people like them.  I’m glad you have a service out here that can help people fully understand the school system and your rights.

This company has gone above and beyond any expectation I could have imagined The services provided by ABCs for Life Success, LLC have been great.  .  When I first started working with ABCs for Life Success, LLC, they helped us get our sons IEP changed.  That was no easy task.  Them my son started getting worse and ABCs for Life Success, LLC was there again.  They never gave up no matter how hard the task was, they were always there.  When my son was placed in a very inappropriate placement, they never gave up fighting for him even when we as parents were ready to quiet and throw in the towel feeling trapped by the system.  Through hard work and diligence, ABCs for Life Success, LLC was able to get my son out of the inappropriate placement and into a much better placement.  None of this work has been easy but not once has ABCs for Life Success, LLC given up on our son.  We have had many obstacles thrown our way.  Even when thing appear to be running smoothly, they still check in to see if everything is okay.  We could not be happier with ABCs for Life Success, LLC to have them on our side.  Right now, our son is home with us and attending Day school.  This would not be happening with out the help of ABCs for Life Success, LLC.  We are still using this company wand will be until our son is out of school.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is having problems navigating the special education maze.  I know that if I were left to my own devices and did not have ABCs for Life Success, LLC on my side, my son would not be progressing.  My son is currently an honor roll student at the school that he attends.

15. Just a note to thank you for the help and support during this long and arduous process, culminating in Wednesdays marathon meeting. We expected one hour, maybe an hour and a half, but not four-and-a-half-going-on-five. Whew! By the time we left that meeting, I was beyond feeling relief, closure or anything else.   We could not have ever met the challenges of this process without you. You were the cement that made all of this come together. Thanks in particular for holding my hand on Wednesday---my darkest memory is when I was asked to make some comments about my son and the process, and went completely and totally BLANK for a few minutes. You helped me get it back together.   You are so incredibly knowlegeable and organized, and able to take in so much information, sift through it, identify the important things, and communicate them so clearly to others on a committee (who have different agendas and concerns), all while being crammed in a room with 12 other people, hot, tired, caffeine deprived, hungry, etc. Not to mention holding my hand at various points in the process. You are a bridge between worlds. It is clear that your talent and passion is really for the kids who need 'special' education, and their families. What would the world be like if all children got the kind of education they need? Wonderful to think about.
